Because all grillz are custom-made specifically for you, please review our policy before placing your order.

*Important Notes
Each grill is crafted exactly from the mold impression we receive.
To ensure the best fit, please follow the molding instructions carefully.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our shop policies.

Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 4 hours of purchase via Etsy Messages.
After this time, preparation for production begins and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Approved cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee.

Refund Policy
Refunds may be requested within 30 days of purchase only if production has not started.
Once production has begun, the order becomes non-refundable due to its custom nature.
A 10% processing fee will be deducted from approved refunds.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Mold Kit & Shipping Policy
Each order includes two mold kits.
If additional kits are needed, they can be purchased separately from our Etsy shop.
Customers are responsible for:
- Carefully completing their impressions
- Returning mold kits to our studio
Please note that return shipping labels are not provided.
If impressions are not received within 90 days, the order will be canceled.

Partial Refunds (After Mold Kits Ship)
If an order is canceled after mold kits have been shipped:
A partial refund will be issued
$20 per mold kit sent will be deducted
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
A 10% processing fee applies

Fitting Issues & Adjustments
If you experience any fitting concerns or notice a factory defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
After 7 days, adjustments are available for $70 + shipping.
Items showing physical damage (such as cracks, bends, scratches, or dents) are not eligible for adjustment or repair.

Non-Refundable Situations
Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Production has begun
- Incorrect impressions were submitted
- Molding instructions were not followed
- Damage occurred after delivery
- Shipping fees
