Each kit includes enough material to ensure the best possible impression.
🦷 TAKING & RETURNING YOUR IMPRESSION
After completing your molds:
* Place your impressions securely inside the return envelope
* Attach the prepaid FedEx shipping label provided
* Drop it off at any FedEx location
If you used both molding attempts, please send both impressions.

**We recommend purchasing extra putty with your initial grillz order to avoid additional shipping charges later.
⚠️ Although a prepaid label is provided, buyers are responsible for properly packaging and dropping off their molds.
JT GRILLART is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

⚠️ ADDITIONAL FEES & COMPLEX CASES (PLEASE READ)
Clients with the following dental conditions may require additional custom work:
* Missing teeth
* Chipped or broken teeth
* Large gaps
* Structural irregularities
* Unusual tooth positioning or shape
Because every grill is handcrafted from your mold, these cases may require extra labor, structural reinforcement, and advanced customization to ensure proper fit and durability.
An additional fee will apply if extra work is required.
We will contact you after reviewing your mold before production begins. Production will proceed only after confirmation of the additional service fee.
⚠️ Important Notice Regarding Complex Cases
In rare situations where the dental structure, tooth position, or shape makes it technically unsafe or extremely difficult to craft a secure and durable grill, **JT GRILLART reserves the right to decline or discontinue the order.**
If this occurs, you will be notified before production continues.
🛠 PRODUCTION PROCESS
Once we receive and approve your mold impressions, JT GRILLART will begin production of your custom grillz.
After completion, your finished grillz will be carefully packaged and shipped directly to your door.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Because all grillz are custom-made specifically for you, please review our policy before placing your order.
*Important Notes
Each grill is crafted exactly from the mold impression we receive.
To ensure the best fit, please follow the molding instructions carefully.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our shop policies.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 4 hours of purchase via Etsy Messages.
After this time, preparation for production begins and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Approved cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be requested within 30 days of purchase only if production has not started.
Once production has begun, the order becomes non-refundable due to its custom nature.
A 10% processing fee will be deducted from approved refunds.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Mold Kit & Shipping Policy
Each order includes two mold kits.
If additional kits are needed, they can be purchased separately from our Etsy shop.
Customers are responsible for:
- Carefully completing their impressions
- Returning mold kits to our studio
Please note that return shipping labels are not provided.
If impressions are not received within 90 days, the order will be canceled.
Partial Refunds (After Mold Kits Ship)
If an order is canceled after mold kits have been shipped:
A partial refund will be issued
$20 per mold kit sent will be deducted
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
A 10% processing fee applies
Fitting Issues & Adjustments
If you experience any fitting concerns or notice a factory defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
After 7 days, adjustments are available for $70 + shipping.
Items showing physical damage (such as cracks, bends, scratches, or dents) are not eligible for adjustment or repair.
Non-Refundable Situations
Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Production has begun
- Incorrect impressions were submitted
- Molding instructions were not followed
- Damage occurred after delivery
- Shipping fees
